
I’ve been making games ever since I got a Commodore 64 back in the day, though mostly just as a hobby–a modern-day form of arts and crafts, if you will. I like the combination of visual design, drawing, programming, problem solving, game design and sound editing.
Of my previous work I only ever released one game. It was called Rocket Roy and was about flying a little rocket to the other side of the world to meet up with your girlfriend. I released it in 2014 for iOS. It did reasonably well and got some decent reviews. I did make the mistake of programming the game in Unity’s own version of Javascript, which has now gone defunct, and so updating the game to run on modern versions of iOS will require quite a bit of work. I may resurrect Rocket Roy at some point, but for now I’m focussed on making new games.
